Cybersecurity Incident Response

Building cyber resilience.

Cybersecurity breaches continue to increase in frequency and impact, affecting organizations of all types and sizes.

While having smart security staff working with best-in-class technologies can be reassuring, it’s essential to have detailed and feasible incident response plans and capabilities in place when the next major incident strikes your business.

No organization is immune. An effective response plan can reduce the window of exposure and minimize business downtime.

Our Cybersecurity Incident Response team helps you by using the following approach:

We work with you to develop your incident response plan. We get to know your people, processes, and partners to piece together a plan to help improve your ability to respond rapidly and more effectively.

We then take steps to train and familiarize the plan across your stakeholder group. We follow this up with a facilitated tabletop exercise. Your key stakeholders become familiar with and understand how to execute their roles during a major cyber incident.

We deploy our people immediately both virtually and on-site. We bring the required teams, technologies, and analytic capabilities to identify and contain the threat as quickly as possible. This gives you time and space to make key decisions on managing compliance issues, executing long-term remediation plans, and managing disclosures.

Once the threat is eliminated from your systems, we work with you to return you to normal activities as soon as possible. We support you every step of the way, supporting you and helping ensure your digital operations are back up and running safely and securely.
