Toronto (ON) – BDO Canada is excited to welcome Keyur Bhojak as Transaction Services Partner on the Financial Advisory Services team. Keyur brings nearly 20 years of experience leading complex transactions across a variety of industry sectors including Technology, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Education. He has also worked on some of the most prestigious deals in both Canada and Dubai.
In this role, Keyur will specialize on buy-side and sell-side due diligence with a focus on advising private equity sponsors, lenders and corporate clients on a wide range of transaction services engagement including listed acquisitions, vendor due diligence and carve-outs.
Keyur holds a Bachelor of Commerce from MS University and a Diploma in Finance Management from NMIMS in India. Keyur is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Keyur joins BDO Canada on June 10, 2024 and is based in the Toronto office on Bay Street.
