In the Matter of the Proposal of Allover Excavating 2018 Ltd.
On December 27, 2023, Allover Excavating 2018 Ltd. Filed a Division 1 Proposal. BDO Canada Limited was appointed Trustee of Allover Excavating 2018 Ltd.
On April 4, 2024, the First Meeting of Creditors. At the meeting the creditors voted unanimously in favor of the Division 1 Proposal.
On May 29, 2024, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta approved the proposal.
