On September 18, 2023, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver and of the assets, undertakings and property of Beyond the Grape on Premise Winemaking Ltd. (dba Fraser Mills Fermentation).
Pursuant to another Order in the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued on September 18, 2023, BDO Canada Limited was also appointed as Trustee in the Bankruptcy of Beyond the Grape on Premise Winemaking Ltd. (dba Fraser Mills Fermentation).
Fraser Mills Fermentation was a brewery located in Port Moody, BC.
The Receiver accepted an asset purchase agreement for the Company’s assets. The Court approved the offer on November 3, 2023.
On June 6, 2024, the Receiver made an application for its discharge. The hearing was originally scheduled for June 21, 2024 and was re-scheduled for June 26, 2024.
On June 26, 2024, the receiver was discharged.
