Background
On May 23, 2024, The Fire, Brass, and Patio House Inc. (the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee”).
The First Meeting of Creditors will be held on June 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (EST) via telephone conference call. Call-in details for the teleconference are 1-833- 215-3238, ID #: 758 082 579# . To be entitled to vote at the meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee a Proof of Claim and a Proxy (where necessary) before the meeting.
