On June 11, 2024, the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba granted an order (“Receivership Order”) appointing BDO Canada Limited as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of the following corporations hereinafter referred to collectively as Genesus Inc. et al..:
Genesus Inc. ("Genesus"), Can-Am Genetics Inc. (“Can-Am"), Genesus Genetics Inc. ("GGI").
