Background
On May 27, 2024, Salon La Casa Ltd. (the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee”).

To be entitled to vote at the meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee a Proof of Claim and a Proxy (where necessary) before the meeting.
