On April 23, 2024, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Order”), BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Receiver and Manager of the assets, undertakings and property of Kid Farms Ltd. (the “Company”). The Order was entered on May 21, 2024.
Kid Farms Ltd. owns the property at 37664 Wells Line Road in Abbotsford, B.C. (the “Property”) and rents out the property to various tenants. The Receiver is currently soliciting offers for the Property.
Parties that are interested in purchasing the Property or obtaining further information should contact the Receiver.
